The dinner at Amazing Dumplings included lots of dumplings for wealth and prosperity. We got to eat many amazing off menu items that were incredible. Some of my favorites were the Peking Duck, dry-fried Sichuan spicy chicken, braised pork hock, and whole fish in a savory sauce. After learning to play bocce, we enjoyed a bunch of food from The Bocce House Café. We enjoyed fantastic wings, delicious housemade pizzas and more. The Bocce House café has a full bar and a large selection of pour yourself taps with beers and a large variety of wines. I was really impressed with all the food that we sampled. I really need to go back to try bocce again, but also so I can eat some of this food again. I went to the @pittautoshow. Every year, in the mi I went to the @pittautoshow. Every year, in the middle of February, the Pittsburgh Auto Show is held at the David Lawrence Convention Center. Usually, I’m around Pittsburgh eating too much, but I am also a big fan of cars, always dreaming of driving something fancier and faster. This show has mostly cars currently for sale at local dealerships, not new concepts or low-production vehicles you might see at bigger auto shows. I go to the auto show to look at specific vehicles I would love to buy when I become rich and famous. I love big, fast four door sedans. I wanted to specifically see the @cadillac CT5-V luxury performance sedan and the new @dodgeofficial Chargers. I love both of those so much. I’m not looking to buy a car now, but both might be options for me in the future. Club Café reopened a few months ago, adding @clubcafecoffee House, a weekday morning coffee shop serving coffee drinks and Pittsburgh Sandwich Society breakfast sandwiches. The main attraction of the day was the Smokin’ Betties burlesque review. They are the longest running burlesque troupe in Pittsburgh. Smokin’ Betties has used Club Café as its home base cabaret theater for years. They are also an inclusive troupe featuring a range of performers and performances. Their tasteful and well choreographed musical and titillating performances entertained us throughout our brunch. Club Café, Pittsburgh Sandwich Society, and Smokin’ Betties made for a great Saturday brunch. Follow them all to see what they are doing in Pittsburgh, and when they will be doing this again. Yellow Bridge Brewing is a family run brewery bringing excellent craft beer to Westmoreland County from their two locations. I got to try some beers, eat some excellent pizza, and spend some time in the kitchen with their pizzaiolo, @parma.john.mc, watching my pizza get made. We see curling during the winter Olympics every four years, but I really didn’t know how to play, and I was excited for the opportunity. I was there with @steelcitysippin and @412onthemove as we learned the basics of curling and took turns practicing. I #partnered with @theboccehouse so I could learn I #partnered with @theboccehouse so I could learn the game of bocce and explore the activities and food they have to offer. The Bocce House has six regulation size courts, a café with food, bar, and pour your own wine and beer, and a cigar lounge. I learned the rules of Bocce, the difference between a pallino and a bocce ball, tips on how to throw, and how to keep score. I had a lot of fun playing, and definitely want to try again. The Bocce House courts can be reserved per person for one time play, you can get a membership and play regularly, or you can join a league to play competitively. After playing bocce, we enjoyed a bunch of food from the Bocce House Café. We enjoyed fantastic wings, delicious housemade pizzas and more. The Bocce House café has a full bar and a large selection of pour yourself taps with beers and a large variety of wines. This is a popular Greensburg spot, and I’m glad that getting to do activities with Go Laurel Highlands introduced me to this great restaurant. I was there exploring the Laurel Highlands with a group of other content creators. Soon enough, our table was covered with appetizers and main courses. My favorites were the calamari with sweet Thai chili sauce, wild mushroom bruschetta, and my main course, the Teddy KGBLT sandwich, which is a combination of a Reuben, Rachel, BLT, and breakfast sandwich all into one amazing creation.
